Roles and Responsibilities:

Specific Job Duties: Work with Automation engineering team to promote worksite and/or product safety by applying knowledge of industrial engineering processes, mechanics, and industrial health and safety laws. Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions during task performance and develop hazard control designs and methods, incident investigation, and document and training safety requirements within the semiconductor line. Develop hazard control designs, methods, procedures, and programs. Advise and educate the team regarding health and safety protocols developed for the team. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of hazard control elements. Evaluate task performance to ensure compliance with site and regulatory requirements. Document and track results to support safety program elements. Conduct incident investigations, identify root cause, determine corrective actions, and support implementation. Conduct employee training for education on site safety requirements. (Multiple Openings)

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 36 months of experience in Job offered or in a related occupation.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools

Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
 1. Defect monitoring, characterization, and root cause analysis;
 2. Reviewing equipment designs;
 3. Safety in Construction;
 4. Project Management; and
 5. Cost management and Cost reduction.
