Roles and Responsibilities:
Specific Job Duties: Perform semiconductor Electronics Engineering duties and Lead the continued development of and subsequent ownership of the processes and procedures required to govern the safe and error-free execution of electrical project work. Conduct semiconductor engineering process monitoring, adjustments, and qualifications in a high-speed, high-throughput manufacturing environment. Interface with Department Equipment Engineers to conceptualize, design, propose, and execute site improvement projects. Responsible for all aspects of the project including code compliance, safe work practices, inter-departmental coordination and communication, project status reporting, schedule creation, and on-time execution. Create detailed step plans incorporating risk analysis for all executed work. Manage site Consultant Design Team, Construction General Contractor and Subcontractor day-to-day activities related to new and retrofit construction. Participate in and resolve project issues during construction, particularly those arising from Constructability Reviews, Site Observation Reports and construction Punch Lists. Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risk points for safety and code compliance. Perform regular site field observation inspections to verify existing conditions of previously constructed electrical equipment and process tool installations meet safety and code standards. Interface with design consultants to meet the aggressive goals and timelines during all
aspects of project and sustaining work. Work with a team and provide technical guidance, as required, to other Construction Engineering team members, particularly with Electrical Engineers responsible for primary electrical infrastructure installation scope. (Multiple Openings)

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field and 36 months of experience in the Job offered or in a related occupation.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools
Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
1. Project management;
2. Electrical substations engineering design principles;
3. LV, MV, HV electrical systems;
4. Engineering drawing;
5. Complex Engineering deliverables;
6. Client standards and code compliance;
7. Work site assessments;
8. AutoCAD Electrical (Software); and
9. Bluebeam REVU (Software).
