Roles and Responsibilities:
Specific Job Duties:
Responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of internal system applications. Provide support FAB, responsible for sustaining, maintenance, and administration of critical operational systems 24x7; manage change points within established rules and policies; make sure sQA, Replay (Automated Test System) test are conducted for locally developed or GH standardization code before releasing into a production platform; monitoring, debugging, tracing system issues; ensure data source validity for accurate report results and conduct query tuning for performance improvements; and work closely with other internal systems engineers, located both locally and overseas. Make improvements and deliver results in an effort to support the company’s performance, efficiency & cost reduction initiatives; communicate system change points and issue resolutions clearly to members in the department and internal customers in the company; conduct analysis across line production and systems to make recommendations to improve system reliability; plan for periodic preventative maintenance activities and provide awareness of system performance and reliability; and guide and give direction to vendors/technicians on troubleshooting system issues. Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools
Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
1. Code coverage analysis/closure;
2. Programming Languages: Java, PHP, Javascript, Rscript, Peri, and HTML;
3. Oracle, SQLServer, SQL Plus, and MySql;
4. Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, BitBucket repositories, and SVN;
5. Development Frameworks: Spring, Maven, jQuery, Angular, Ajax, MVC, and NodeJS; and
6. Plugins: DataTables, Highcharts, Grafana, and Jenkins.
