Job Summary/Overview:

The Analysis Technology team is responsible for maintaining the quality of the fab utilities and wafer environments in order to achieve the highest quality products. The scope of AT is very wide and includes monitoring environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, particle levels, airborne molecular contamination, organic contamination, and ionic contamination. AT also works with specific departments such as GCS and UPW to monitor the quality of incoming utilities to wafer processing equipment, as well as MFG and Cleans to help control FOUP quality.
As an engineer in AT, you will work in one of the functional areas above to improve capability, efficiency, and quality. Work will involve daily tasks, long term projects, and internal and external collaboration. You will be responsible for maintaining KPIs to measure improvement, progress reports, and weekly reports which may need to presented on occasion to management

Specific Job Duties:

• Manage daily activities to meet KPI targets
• Create and execute projects for continuous improvement on time
• Occasionally present to management on project progress or encountered issues
• Write and/or update SOPs for your functional area
• Help troubleshoot issues found in line
• Summarize data into concise reports that will be used to help drive decisions
• Research new methods to help improve items in your functional area

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

• B.S. degree in a technical field required
• 2 years of engineering experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools

• Safety, Quality, and Environmental mindset
• Strong technical background in semiconductor processing preferred
• Solid data analysis skills using intermediate statistical methods
• Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal
• Good presentation skills with the ability to tailor to the audience
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
