Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview: Global HR Expat Support Specialist is responsible for performing administrative related duties and mobility support for short-term and long term expatriates from S. Korea. We are looking for a detail-oriented person with a broad range of skills & experience in general administration and who can work closely with the other Global HR team members.

Specific Job Duties:

-. Arrange cooperate housing, rental car, cell phones, hotels etc.
-. Administrative support per Global HR policy.
-. 24/7 On-Call Support for emergency/non-emergency.
-. Collect VOCs from expatriates and share with relative departments for improvement.
Shift: 1st Shift: M-F, 8am to 5pm
Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

-. 4 years of college or equivalent.
-. Minimum 2 ~ 3 years of related experiences preferred.
-. Must be fluent in English & Korean.
