Roles and Responsibilities:
Specific Job Duties: Evaluate materials, develop processes, and troubleshoot fab critical metrology applications for the manufacturing of semiconductor products that must meet specialized design and performance specifications. Manage metrolog data collection and manipulation, as well as recipe management and serve as the onsite point of contact when process improvement is needed. Create procedures and refine troubleshooting techniques to ensure system resiliency. Partner with stakeholders to advise on use of system features to meet given business objectives. Integrate change points into overall fab automation system seamlessly, through evaluation of system dependencies and determination of release procedures. Contribute to system documentation covering change point functionality and maintenance procedures. Utilize knowledge and experience with production and processing to minimize fab impact, engineering and technology, including design techniques, tools, and principles to resolve complex issues, and apply knowledge of engineering principles, best practices to the evaluation, design, and development of material and process improvements. Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Materials Science, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the Job offered or in a related occupation.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools
Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
1. Monitoring and debugging test failures;
2. Defect monitoring, characterization, and root cause analysis;
3. Code coverage analysis/closure;
4. Writing Perl scripts to automate feature testing and debugging; and
5. GPU architecture.
