Our Front Desk Agents are vital in beginning our guests' experience with prompt service and enthusiasm. Make a great first impression and be a part of memories that last a life time. Our Front Desk Agents are tasked with guiding guests throughout their stay such as checking them in for their reservations when they arrive, assisting with any modifications with existing reservations, cancelling reservations, assisting with any amenities for their rooms and more.
Full time availability preferred
Weekend availability highly preferred
At least 1 year of Front Desk Reception experience required
Experience with operating systems such as OPERA highly preferred
Endless growth opportunities
Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- Booking and revising reservations
- Speaking with guests over the phone
- Directing and answering guests with any questions or concerns they may have '
- Organizing the Front Desk area
