Salon Blānc in Milwaukee, WI is looking for one front desk agent to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 1541 N Water St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.
Qualifications
. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
. Prior salon or retail experience is required
. A great attitude and desire to give great customer service is a must!
. Flexible schedule – available mornings, evenings, as well as some weekends
. The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment is key
Responsibilities
. Salon Blanc relies on a team approach to ensure a great experience, beginning from the moment of check in to the salon until the customer has concluded their service
. The actions below will ensure the customer will return to the salon again and again
. Warmly greet customers
. Communicate and educate the customer , Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
. Process transactions and issue receipts
. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
. Manage answering phone
. Inform customers about services
. Update customer records with contact information
. Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
