Generate group ticket revenue through diverse sales methods, including cold calls, face-to-face appointments, arena tours, prospecting, and networking.
Plan and execute strategic group sales promotions and theme nights, crafting unique offers and targeted campaigns for niche groups or communities.
Sell a full menu of ticket products, including season ticket memberships, premium courtside and club agreements, nightly suite rentals, and partial plans.
Utilize Sales 3.0 technology tools to create meaningful engagement with prospective clients.
Focus daily on prospecting, appointment setting, executing virtual and face-to-face sales presentations, and closing sales.
Develop and maintain client relationships through creative means, such as networking events, speaking engagements, seat visits, and virtual meetings.
Provide top-tier customer service to all clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Regularly meet with the Director, Group Sales, providing accurate updates on pipeline health and overall sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, sports management, or a related field.
Proven track record of top 10% results with 2 years of successful sales experience in sports or Fortune 500 environments.
Self-starter with a positive attitude, commitment to teamwork, and a high level of confidence.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Archtics, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
CompensationThe salary range for this full-time, non-exempt role is $37,000 - $39,000 plus bonus and commission earning potential. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
