```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef for 55 resort style commuinty to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including food preparation, inventory control, and ensuring high-quality culinary offerings. ```Duties```
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and guidelines
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Oversee food production for catering events and special occasions

- Setting up banquet events and menu
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced food service or production environment
- Knowledge of catering operations is a plus
