Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager local to Miami, FL with a strong background in managing customer tickets, vendor relationships, and handling infrastructure-related tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of JIRA, cloud-based solutions, and basic knowledge of BI tools. The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' needs are met, fostering strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue escalation.
- Handle infrastructure-related tasks, such as system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize JIRA to track and manage customer issues, tasks, and projects.
- Provide basic support and guidance on cloud-based solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance customer success.
- Utilize BI tools to gather insights and provide valuable recommendations to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business goals and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Manager or similar position.
- Proven experience managing customer tickets, vendor relationships, and infrastructure-related tasks.
- Strong proficiency in JIRA and other project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based solutions and infrastructure.
- Experience with BI tools is a plus.
