Administrative Assistant
Supervisor: Director of Administration
You can choose to work out of our Noblesville office or our downtown Indianapolis office however the initial training period (90 days) will be done in our Noblesville location.
This position is designed to support all aspects of the Service department
Overview:
The Administrative Assistant’s main responsibility is data entry and review, invoicing, and supporting the Service department
Key Responsibilities:

This position is designed to support all aspects of the Service department
Overview:
The Administrative Assistant’s main responsibility is data entry and review, invoicing, and supporting the Service department
Key Responsibilities:
- Review inspection reports for proper formatting, presentation, grammar, information, etc. prior to sending to customer/owner
- Processing inspection paperwork and submitting through applicable third party reporting systems
- Prepare invoices for completed inspections and sending to customer
- Direct phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
Key Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, team player, ability to work in many computer programs simultaneously
- Highly organized, efficient, able to prioritize and move between different tasks frequently
- Positive attitude and capable of contributing each day to the company culture with how they greet each guest, handle each call, welcome each Associate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of general office equipment
- Willingness to learn about all aspects of our business to better serve every inquiry
- Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities at the same time
- Willingness to step in on project work
