Office Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a well organized & responsible team member to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
What you'll do:

• Duties include ordering of office supplies
• Data entry and filing of company documents including vendor invoices, restaurant sales, taxes, & financial documents
• Handling guest refunds and online gift card inquiries
• Point of contact to handle requests and queries from senior managers
• Maintain company contacts list

What we need from you:

• Experience with QuickBooks preferred but training is available
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Basic restaurant knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to be flexible with job duties to assist other roles in the office
