RWC Building Products, a regional distributor of building materials, is searching for a full-time position in Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will be an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individual who is also a team player with a positive attitude. Accounts Payable experience of 1 to 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities include but are limited to:

• Perform a matching process between purchase orders, receipts, and supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices, confirm the correct general ledger coding is being used, and ensure adequate supporting documentation is attached.
• Work with internal and external staff to resolve payable issues while maintaining effective working relationships.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve pricing/quantity discrepancies.
• Assist with weekly check run payment process.
• Process employee expense reimbursements.
• Vendor setup and maintenance.
