Responsibilities:
- Draft demand letters and legal pleadings
- Request medical and billing records
- Enter data into automated documents and workflows
- Manage calendars and deadlines

The Pre-Litigation Attorney must have:
- Previous experience in a US personal injury law firm
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
