Position Summary

The RevOps team at Yes Energy is expanding. We’re hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to be a strategic partner to a broad set of stakeholders across the company, including leaders from: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Business Intelligence and Finance teams. We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical and excited about data analysis and data visualization and driven to maintain a high standard of data quality.

You’ll stand out as an excellent candidate if you have experience aggregating and analyzing large quantities of data from systems like Salesforce.com and a strong background in managing and enhancing data quality. Your outstanding ability to understand stakeholder requirements, identify solutions in the face of competing needs, and collaborate with peers, will be paramount to your success in this role. Working closely with our Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you'll be Yes Energy’s Salesforce data expert responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and the overall data integrity of Salesforce. Our RevOps team is responsible for providing decision-quality data to all parts of the business, and in this role, you’ll play a critical part in that effort.

This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analytics and Reporting

    • Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from Salesforce.com and other applications in our tech stack to help leaders from Marketing, Sales and Customer Success develop a shared and continuously up-to-date understanding of our progress toward strategic goals, including forecast budget attainment and revenue retention.

    • Report regularly on bookings, retention, and performance of KPIs across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

    • Use Salesforce.com and business intelligence software to create dashboards and enhance existing ones to improve user experience, increase adoption, and provide reliable insights into the state of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success

  • Data Operations, Quality, and Governance

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements across the company and identify opportunities for data enrichment

    • Partner with Sr Salesforce Administrator to implement workflows, customizations, and automations that will streamline operations while improving data quality

    • Leverage your SQL skills or superior spreadsheet wizardry to implement data quality checks and validation processes to take our Salesforce.com data quality to the next level

    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of data quality standards and guidelines for Salesforce.com

    • Champion the data governance policies and procedures applicable to Salesforce.com

  • Strategic Partner

    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and continuously refine revenue forecasts and projections

    • Develop a deep understanding of how all applications in our RevOps tech stack interact with each other and influence data quality across the systems

    • Work with the Director of Revenue Operations Manager on various projects for continuous improvement of our data.

    • Contribute to the RevOps analytics roadmap to support current and future data integrity and reporting needs across the business

    • Develop and maintain a Revenue Insights Library for broad use across the company; you’ll curate and review a set of reports and dashboards that cover the full revenue cycle

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3 years of data management, dashboarding, data analysis experience

  • 3 years experience working at a B2B SaaS Company in analytics, sales or revenue operations, or a related field sufficient to successfully perform the primary responsibilities listed

  • Broad understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions

  • Proficiency working with Salesforce.com, preferably Salesforce CPQ

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills required

  • Intermediate SQL or Python, preferred

  • 2 years experience with BI software, such as Tableu, Power BI, or Sigma, preferred

  • Knack for uncovering missing or erroneous data that needs to be fixed

  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects under pressure

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workplace tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Prior M&A experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

We offer strongly competitive salaries and real bonuses that are achievable and that you can impact. Base Compensation Range: $85,000 - $105,000

In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Yes Energy’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
