JOB SUMMARY: 
 
Ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction, provide efficient responses to customer inquiries, and
Demonstrate accuracy and reliability in the delivery service provided. 
 
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: 
 
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative 
Associate or bachelor's Degree required 
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills 
Proficiency with MS-office (Word, Excel, etc.), Google Docs 
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening 
Must speak English; Spanish is a plus. 
Customer orientation and ability to adapt to customers’ needs and styles. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively 
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
Responds to many incoming calls and email inquiries and ensure required service is provided. 
Processes customer orders and informs customers about their order and delivery status. 
Coordinates shipments and or deliveries
