Responsibilities

• Foster trust with current and prospective customers by educating and selling them on the value of our services
• Receive and process customers' requests and/or concerns via phone calls, emails, voicemails, and live chats
• Schedule appointments and dispatch multiple technicians to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs
• Update the company database by inputting information from each call
• Advise customers on treatments that best suit their needs and identify selling opportunities
• Provide outstanding customer service through educating and active listening
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively; strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
• Follow up with customers to conduct survey, ensure customer satisfaction, and retain relationship
• Proactively aim to resolve issues on the initial call
• Other administrative and ad hoc projects, as needed

Requirements

• 2 years customer service and sales experience
• MUST speak fluent English and Spanish; English must be clear and concise, Portuguese and Creole a plus.
• High School diploma/GED required
• Flexibility with working a non-traditional schedule
• Experience handling multiple phone lines
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
• Must have excellent communication skills and able to work with a wide-range of personalities
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude, and superior organizational skills
