RPMStaffing Professionals is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Denton, TX
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair on various equipment and building maintenance.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service.
- Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Follow electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools and electrical and electronic test equipment.
- Disassemble, inspect, reassemble, troubleshoot, repair, weld and replace malfunctioning parts or equipment.
- Adjust equipment during operation to improve operation.
- Read blueprints, diagrams and machinery manuals to diagnose problems, identify parts required.
- Actively seek out potentisl problems in assigned area and correct before the problems become critical.
- Able to stick & Mig weld
- Good mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex motor control circuits
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Maintain electrical systems for a variety of purposes including lighting, climate control, security, A.C and D.C motors, controls, PLC and distribution panels.
- Rewire and replace outdated wiring and equipment and modify electrical circuitry and/or equipment to meet changing needs.
- Able to understand controls systems
