Location: West Odessa, TX
Pay: $25.99/hr. for entry-level; $29/hr. for experienced- No per diem
Hours: 6/10's schedule Monday-Saturday. Occasionally Sunday.

Description: We are seeking an Electrical Helper to assist our team at our direct carbon capture plant. This role is designed for individuals at varying levels of their careerfrom beginners to more experienced helpers.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Assist in planning and performing the layout, installation, and repair of wiring, conduit, electrical fixtures, and control equipment.
- Apply knowledge of safety rules and fire protection.
- Use and maintain hand-held electric and pneumatic tools.
- Support electricians by assisting in various tasks including assembly, demolition, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Participate in building and grounds maintenance, and other construction and maintenance duties as necessary.
- Positions available for Levels 1-3, accommodating a range of experience from entry-level to intermediate.
- Experience in industrial construction or maintenance is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, tool maintenance, and workplace safety.
- Able to engage in physically demanding tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and lifting.
