RPMStaffing Professionals is Hiring a Human Resource Generalist (DH30805) Near Paris, TX
- Provide assistance to employees and supervisors in understanding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations including recommendations for disciplinary action, and termination
- Assist with recruiting efforts and support the employee onboarding process
- Makes sure current ERP payroll system is continuously updated with more current employee information
- Maintains I-9 documentation within legal requirements.
- Support Management with LOAs, as well as any payroll issues.
- Assist with unemployment claims and inquiries
- Support the HR Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives
- Oversees employee benefit plans and assist with open enrollment
- Organize and execute employee events and incentive programs to enhance morale and satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and oral
- Manufacturing background a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Must have excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Infor or Syteline ERP system a plus
- Bilingual a plus
