Description:
Responsible for the following:
- Answering inbound calls, with 5-star customer service
-Ensuring all technicians are fully booked with calls each day
- Assisting Dispatch team with job logistics planning and scheduling
- Commercial Customer BFP scheduling
- Membership mailings, customer profile maintenance, and renewals
- Install and Warranty tracking
- Job closings
- Follow up on customer voicemails
- Answering service and online customer inquiry follow-ups
- Periodic Review of On-Hold status jobs for scheduling appropriateness
- Consistently delivering 5-star service every day
- Additional work as needed
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal/reference check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Valid driver’s license (with a clean driving history)
- Ability to work weekends and night shifts as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
