Overview:
James Desiderio Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven and enthusiastic Front Window Associate to join our team. We need someone who can talk to customers on the phone, handle emails, take care of orders, help customers and vendors, deal with shipping and receiving, keep track of inventory, and do some basic office tasks. You'll also need to take payments, keep records organized, and make sure invoices match up. It's important that you're good at talking to customers, paying attention to details, and using our computer system to enter information correctly. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
Responsibilities:
· Interface with customers and answer questions regarding account balances.
· Answering phone calls from customers and responding to email inquiries.
· Take payments from customers and properly apply those to customer accounts.
· Reconciling invoices based on customer cash, credit or check payments.
· Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
· Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
· Collect, count, and disburse money, able to do basic bookkeeping, and complete banking transactions.
· Process and prepare documents including shipping and receiving paperwork.
· Interface with other departments including Sales, Purchasing, Accounting and warehouse.
· Perform other duties assigned by management.
**Must be available 4:30 am Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings until 10am
