```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions and provide accurate information.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of their concerns.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to transmit information clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.
- Familiarity with brake repair, auto estimating, oil changes, automotive diagnostics, auto body repair, mechanical knowledge, or diesel engine repair is beneficial.
