Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships by managing contract verification, order processing, scheduling, follow-up, and effectively communicating customer needs across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: - Maintain excellent communication with customers, understanding their individual requirements and providing efficient responses to their needs. - Answer customer inquiries via telephone and email with a polite and professional demeanor. - Follow established policies and procedures to ensure high standards of service and meet business objectives. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. Reporting: - Maintain records of customer contracts for accurate order processing. - Update customer data files to ensure information accuracy. Order Processing: - Process change orders and notify relevant departments. - Initiate Sales Returns Goods following procedures. - Enter and acknowledge customer orders in the Manufacturing Planning System. - Manage regional order backlog and expedite orders as needed. - Communicate proactively with customers regarding deliveries and any issues. - Collaborate with finance, sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. - Handle customer complaints and work towards satisfactory resolutions. - Coordinate with customer site personnel for product deliveries. - Provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience.
