This exciting opportunity will be supporting customer delivery, ensure a consistent approach to measuring performance is maintained and in the practices and processes utilised for providing support. By prioritzing their workload in accordance to the impact and severity of a problem both from a Customer and Rotork perspective, they will be able to maintain the capability levels of the centres, support staff, and continuously improve their ability to support multiple product lines.
The role of the Client Support Group (CSG) Lead is to organize and manage the technical capabilities and priorities of the CSG team within a geographical region. In addition, the CSG Lead will be responsible for driving closure of technical problems as encountered by selling entities and service teams, where they don't have the skills, knowledge, or experience to resolve the issue locally, quickly, and effectively.
