Position Summary

This exciting opportunity will be supporting customer delivery, ensure a consistent approach to measuring performance is maintained and in the practices and processes utilised for providing support. By prioritzing their workload in accordance to the impact and severity of a problem both from a Customer and Rotork perspective, they will be able to maintain the capability levels of the centres, support staff, and continuously improve their ability to support multiple product lines.

The Opportunity

The role of the Client Support Group (CSG) Lead is to organize and manage the technical capabilities and priorities of the CSG team within a geographical region. In addition, the CSG Lead will be responsible for driving closure of technical problems as encountered by selling entities and service teams, where they don't have the skills, knowledge, or experience to resolve the issue locally, quickly, and effectively.

Experience Requirements

• Leadership customer service experience and a proven track record of success are likely to be gained from 3 years in a similar role
• Project management experience
• Good understanding of basic electronics, electrical theories, basic pneumatic and hydraulic theories and modern manufacturing techniques
• Must be able to drive and implement process improvements in the customer support group.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Good command of a second language, both written and verbal (Preferred: Spanish)
• High level of Excel skills and abilities

The Successful Candidate

• Has a background in strategic thinking, problem resolution, project management, resource coordination, and customer service experience
• Organize and manage the technical capabilities and priorities of the CSG team and drive closure of technical problems
• Support the development of and take responsibility for multiple aspects of the customer service delivery model
• Drive continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction
• Build key stakeholder relationships internally and externally
• Meet set objectives to achieve performance measures
