A DAY IN THE LIFE

As our Installation - Project Manager, you're the captain of our installation teams. You start your day by rallying your talented crew and motivating them with your passion for excellence. Your mission? To ensure every HVAC installation project goes off without a hitch.

Your morning might involve reviewing job packets, double-checking job details, and making sure all components are ready for the day's installation tasks. You're not just a manager; you're a mentor, answering questions and providing guidance to your team, ensuring they have everything they need to excel.

Then, it's off to the field! You visit job sites, conducting spot inspections to verify the quality of work and safety procedures, ensuring every project meets our high standards. You collaborate with Comfort Consultants, maximizing installation efficiency and ensuring our customers are delighted.

Back at the office, you crunch numbers, monitor departmental profitability, and make sure every project is on track. You're the go-to person for technical questions, assisting installers, and resolving onsite issues. Your day ends with a final review of job packets, entering data, and ensuring everything is in order. Every day is different, but one thing remains constant: your commitment to excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing people
• HVAC installation experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
• Proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical and general construction plans (blueprints)
• Familiarity with local area code requirements
• Experience leading teams of installers or technicians
