Rose Chauffeured Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our office assisting customers and other staff. The candidate will be available to work 40 hours per week. Full training provided.
Rose Charters transports sports team, military, school and university students, corporate outings and more. Some trips are day trips, and some require overnight travel. We are based in Charlotte and charter clients around the greater South-East United States.
Rose Chauffeured Transportation provides luxury car, SUV and van rides and Motor Coach rides to individuals and groups in and around the greater Charlotte area. May assist with rides up to 500 miles away.

Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to adjust last minute changes and work with drivers, customers and internal staff
- Collaborate with management to accommodate the needs of customers
- Answer incoming call from drivers and customers
Requirements:
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be comfortable with taking initiative to solve problems and reduce mistakes
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment and take inbound/outbound calls
