Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt and friendly service
- Oversee the reservation system and ensure efficient seating arrangements
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and timely food delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Maintain inventory control of front-of-house supplies such as menus, condiments, and beverages
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning is preferred
- Familiarity with interviewing and hiring processes
- Proficient in bartending techniques and beverage service
- Understanding of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- Passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional customer service
