As we prepare for our grand opening, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to lead our pre-opening team and set the stage for our success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, providing exemplary customer service and maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere behind the bar.
• Develop and maintain a creative and diverse cocktail menu, featuring both classic favorites and innovative concoctions.
• Train and mentor bar staff in cocktail preparation techniques, customer interaction, and product knowledge.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• TIPS or similar certification is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
