RoofClaim is seeking motivated outbound call center agents

The perfect candidate will have a winning attitude and be able to effectively set appointments for our sales team to assist homeowners with their roofing needs. ”
Utilize call list to contact homeowners and set appointments for roof inspections
Able to identify homeowner pain points and adequately overcome objections
Meet appointment quotas and exceed sales goals
Accept calls from prospective clients as they arise
Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer
Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
Notate files and keep communication up to date within the CRM
Effectively communicate with colleagues and management
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
Maintain positive go getter attitude
Able to remain focused on achieving goals regardless of customer feedback
Computer literate.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
