Provide quality customer service by answering questions and entering orders in our Sage data base among other possible job duties to promote customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answering phones
• Assist customers with questions and take their orders
• Provide backup to other customer service representatives
• Assist with various office tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Computer proficient including working knowledge of MS Office, primarily Outlook, Word & Excel
• Customer service experience in an office environment
• Data entry experience
• Proper phone etiquette
