Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate information regarding billing, payments, and account details
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Skills:
- proficiency in English, Grammer and spelling when emailing and quoting via phone.
- Experience with outbound calling and sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft.
