HomeSite Services, Inc. is currently accepting applications for a full time well qualified Customer Service Representative in our Tile and Solid Surface Division in Sacramento, CA.
Homesite Service’s Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibility is to work with Builder/Client Customer Service Reps to complete warranty work, process material & workmanship claims, along with other customer service operations to the satisfaction of our Builder/Clients and Homeowners.
Additional responsibilities include:
***Construction and/or Flooring Background A Plus!!!!***
This is an hourly position. A full-time employee is eligible for a benefits package on the first of the following month after 60 days of full-time employment.
