Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned market
- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
