Are you a multitasking maestro with a flair for organization and a passion for seamless operations? We're on the lookout for a versatile individual to fill the hybrid role of Office Coordinator and Field Operations Manager for our Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Operations.

Your Responsibilities: Conduct Jobsite Visits: Be the eyes and ears of our projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Excel in Customer Communication: Your excellent communication skills will shine as you interact with customers, keeping them informed and satisfied. Tech-Savvy Superstar: Leverage your computer skills to streamline processes, manage data, and contribute to the digital efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Engage with customers in the showroom, provide expert guidance, and ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Office Management: Process payroll, generate reports, and handle appointment scheduling and warranty claims.
  • Data Entry and Social Media: Utilize internal systems, QuickBooks, and manage social media posts.
  • Filing and Organization: Maintain meticulous filing systems, process mail, track payments, and manage office supplies.
  • Field Operations: Visit jobsites, perform template measurements for our granite countertop and cabinet refacing installations. Complete training will be provided.
  • Setting appointments: Schedule calls for new leads and existing customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
