Requirements for Assistant Project Manager:
2-4 years of experience with a commercial general contractor as Assistant Project Manager
Proficient in reading and understanding construction documents
Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor
Strong communication skills and leadership ability
Computer literate, preferably with experience in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction-related software
