Rocket Title Inc. is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Virginia, VA

Rocket Title, Inc. A Real Estate Title and Settlement Agency, based in Virginia, continues to push the boundaries with our highly successful real estate title and escrow services.

We are searching for an experienced Sales Leader to provide our customers with the highest quality of service that they have come to expect. This position is responsible for establishing new business relationships, maintaining those relationships, and generating new sales for all product lines throughout Virginia (Hampton Roads Area).

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Network professionally with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Companies, Credit Unions, and Banks
  • Attain new relationships and maintain customer relationships.
  • Track and report visits and output via CRM.
  • Communicate regularly with the Office Manager on activity.
  • Attend local industry association meetings and seek leadership (HRRA, VLTA, etc.).
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales quota.
  • Must possess the ability to learn and present in a group/individual sales environment all product offerings.
  • Must be a self-starter with an ability to work independently, highly-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to company values.
  • Multi-task and prioritize to deliver timely results under the pressure of strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrate drive and sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrate Superior business development and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skill with strong collaboration and communication
  • Willing to travel with reliable transportation.
  • Perform other related job duties

Requirements:

  • 3 years of sales experience with a track record of success
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to sell & communicate the value proposition to prospects
  • Articulate and a quick learner

Preferred but not required:

  • 3 years of experience leading a sales team
  • Virginia Title Insurance License (can be obtained after hire)
  • Licensed Notary Public (can be obtained after hire)
  • SoftPro/Qualia experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,500.00 - $110,000.00 per year
