- Collaborate actively with the Community Manager and Director of Facilities in supervising site maintenance team, delegating responsibilities and taking an ethically responsible leadership role.
- Lead by example.
- Leverage experience in the maintenance field in order to be the site expert.
- Schedule, coordinate, monitor and perform all maintenance, service requests, and repairs.
- Document daily maintenance activity including problems encountered, work completed and vacancy status updates.
- Perform, monitor, inspect, and conduct evaluations necessary to prepare apartments for move in of future tenants.
- Inspect the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Work professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with all staff and residents at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and building systems.
- Prior experience working in property management.
- Required use of a personal cell phone (reimbursement provided).
- Must have reliable transportation with the ability to respond to on-call shifts.
