Robert Half is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to cover a maternity leave for our client, a faith-based youth organization. This role will primarily focus on talent acquisition coordination, including posting job openings, scheduling and confirming interviews, and communicating with candidates. If you have experience with Workday and possess strong organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including posting job openings and managing the application process.Schedule and confirm interviews with various team members and candidates.Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to move hiring processes forward efficiently.Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely recruitment processes.Manage calendar invites for interviews, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.Provide assistance to department members, answering questions related to job postings and hiring timelines.Support offer and onboarding processes for successful candidates.Support transition into Workday, utilizing experience with Workday recruiting processes.
