Sales Responsibilities:• Selling to territory for medical device sales• Existing client management through email and phone communications• Sending quotes and modifying when needed• Taking orders and sending Order Confirmations• Recording sales and shipping details• Invoicing, shipping and packing medical devices• Updating Filemaker with hospital communications, contacts and notesService Responsibilities:• Parts Invoicing - taking parts orders and invoicing them• Parts Shipping - using FedEx to ship parts to US and Canada• Parts Receiving - helping to stock all incoming parts and package and label• Weekly Inventory CountOffice Responsibilities:· Helping to answer incoming calls· Helping to scan, copy, file and email as needed· Outgoing marketing emails when necessaryThe salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 bonus.Benefits:Medical/Dental/VisionSimple IRA27 days PTO6 paid holidays
