Jacto Inc. is looking to fill a Sales/Marketing Coordinator position carrying out a multitude of functions, including ensuring the company continually improves its sales, market share and profits with assigned customers, market segments and market development projects. Introducing, demonstrating, and promoting Jacto products and programs to potential and/or established trade partners, and end users. Developing trade relationships for existing products and existing market segments as well as develops new business in specific market segments where there is a need and fit for various products from the Jacto Portable Products range. Creating lasting impressions both internally and externally so that Jacto personnel, products, and programs provide meaningful solutions and high value to customers.

The Sales/Marketing Coordinator will support our team by

• Ensuring Jacto’s annual operating priorities, customer training goals, sales growth, and marketing goals for assigned areas of responsibility are achieved.
• Developing and recommending input to Jacto USA annual plans and forecast, as well as long-range plans and forecasts.
• Assisting trade partners to include sales growth, market share development, inventory, business, and promotional planning resulting in sales growth for the Jacto line of backpack sprayers and allied portable products.
• Managing and maintaining the necessary administration functions needed and assigned by Jacto in a timely fashion.
• Identifying, collecting, and communicating changes in the marketplace particularly as they relate to competitive or substitute products, programs and or methods of business.
• Functioning as the company’s sales official for the assigned area of responsibility and as such, represents the company with selected organizations.
• Managing and coordinating assigned Jacto USA Trade Shows.
• Answering web-site inquiries from Jacto marketing in Brazil and provide appropriate response with regard and in a timely manner.
• Representing Jacto in a professional manner in all customer contacts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Heavy travel required.
• Secondary Spanish/Portuguese language skills a plus.
• Be responsible for the maintenance of company assigned equipment – such as laptop computer.
• Have a mechanical aptitude, to be able to demonstrate, assemble, troubleshoot and repair Jacto sprayers and allied products.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years successful field sales experience dealing with mechanical or chemical products.

· Undergraduate degree required. Agriculture, lawn & garden, or pest-control background and market knowledge is preferred.

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 DOE
