As the Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales team, leading by example and inspiring greatness among your colleagues. Your passion for sales and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding our sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in creating a high-energy, customer-focused sales culture, promoting teamwork, and elevating the overall buying experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and market share.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.
• Cultivate a positive and customer-centric atmosphere that ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and customer experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure a well-presented showroom at all times.

• Bachelor's degree in Business / Business Administration preferred
• Three years of direct sales experience required
• Technical understanding of the CRM system
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
