Our Protégé Agent Program places you in a successful Farmers agency in your community, working directly with the Agent to learn how to sell, service and manage an insurance agency. After successful completion of the 12 month program, you will have the opportunity to qualify to be your own agent.
Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a background check, obtain required insurance licenses and complete University of Farmers required training.
