Project Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated Project Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects run smoothly, from initial planning to successful completion.
What You'll Do:

• Be the maestro of project schedules: You'll create and manage the production team's schedule, ensuring everyone's workload is balanced and deadlines are met.
• Bridge the communication gap: Foster seamless communication between the production team, project managers, and account managers by keeping everyone informed with clear and concise reports.
• Proactive problem solver: Identify potential roadblocks before they derail progress and keep project managers apprised of any challenges.
• Data wiz: Prepare routine reports, daily updates, and weekly summaries to provide project stakeholders with a transparent view of progress.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communication, or a related field. A degree and related experience in web development projects
• Communicates effectively - both verbally and in writing. You can clearly convey information and foster collaboration within the team.
• Has mastered project management tools and productivity software
• Bonus points for familiarity with digital marketing and software development concepts.
