Job Summary:
The Training Support Associate role is responsible for accurately printing and shipping all badges associated with RailPros online training courses, fulfilling physical product orders, and providing administrative support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond to telephone calls and emails from customers, vendors, staff, and other contacts.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding RailPros training offerings.
Generate reports within Bistrainer containing online course completion information.
Print and ship participant badges or course completion certificates, as needed.
Fulfill physical product orders.
Print, assemble and ship classroom material, as needed.
Manage ordering process for office supplies to maintain adequate stock for office tenants.
Manage schedule of RailPros conference space and coordinate events hosted, therein.
Fulfill the responsibilities of the Office Administrator during absences.
Be able to comfortably lift up to 40 pounds.
Other duties as assigned or required to meet the business needs.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Able to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
PC skills using Microsoft Office software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to work independent or with a team and have a “can do” attitude.
Demonstrates organization, attention to detail, problem solving, multitasker and independent thinking.
Conduct business to the RailPros values; Hungry, Humble and Nimble.
Railroad knowledge (preferred, but not required).
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
1- year customer service
1-year administrative support
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office-Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
3 or more years customer service
3 or more years providing administrative support
1 or more years railroad experience
