Our client, a real estate development firm, is looking for a Private Office Coordinator to join the team! This is a direct hire opportunity in the West LA area. The pivotal Private Office Coordinator role is centered on handling membership and real estate prospects' requests for their resort in Mexico. The coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for VIP guests, requiring exceptional interpersonal and client relations skills. A passport is REQUIRED for this position. -Create an exceptional first impression-Assist in the day-to-day operations of the membership department-Organize itineraries and experience for members and guests-Promote club programs and special events-Manage all logistics - special requests, activities, itineraries, etc-Calendar management and scheduling coordination-Assist in event coordination, including managing RSVPs, gifting, accommodation needs, and logistics-Build strong connections with prospects, our club members, and employees
