Unified Residential Management is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Los Angeles, CA

Unified Residential / Oro Capital Advisors is seeking a versatile and dynamic Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including office administration, reception, personal bookkeeping for the owner, and assisting with marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Administration:

    • Manage office operations and procedures.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  2. Reception:

    • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
    • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
  3. Personal Bookkeeping:

    • Assist the owner with personal financial record-keeping.
    • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and budgeting.
    • Prepare financial reports as requested.
  4. Marketing Assistance:

    • Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and the company website.
    • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
    • Monitor and respond to social media interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration, reception, bookkeeping, and marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
