Job Title: IP Litigation Paralegal (ITC Experience a Plus)

Location: Washington, D.C. (hybrid schedule)

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegals with experience in an interest in Intellectual Property and International Trade Commission (ITC) litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in our Washington, D.C. office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of IP litigation, including case management, discovery, trial preparation and attendance, and court filings
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to IP and ITC litigation matters
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Manage document review and e-discovery processes
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist with courtroom technology during hearings and trials
• Maintain case files and electronic databases in accordance with firm procedures
• Conduct Bluebook citation checking and ensure compliance with citation standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
• 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Experience with Intellectual Property (IP) and/or International Trade Commission (ITC) litigation preferred
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw and Relativity
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience, up to $120,000 annually plus bonus opportunity. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
