The HR Director will be running a full-service HR function, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, union matters, compliance, benefits administration for an organization that includes 900 union, non-union, exempt and non-exempt employees. This is an indefinite consulting engagement with potential to go full-time. ADP Workforce Now required. Great Working Environment-fully on-site.
